POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver via Pgeon (preferred) or J&T (if requested). If no one is available to sign upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (private or work) the parcel will be returned to the Post Office, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick-up arrangements at the nearest Post Office.

Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of Ariela Crystellia Group or any Post Office.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery. Please contact us at shop.crystellia@gmail.com for more information.

We reserve the right:

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  • That all orders are subject to the availability of stock.
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.




RETURNS

Goods sold are NOT returnable. We do quality checks on our goods 2-3 times a week. However, we offer replacements for the following conditions:


Replacements for the following:

1. Wrong jewellery sizing shipped to you by us

2. Wrong order by us

Wrong sizing caused by your end, and damage during delivery are NOT eligible for replacements.

For wrongly measured jewellery on your end, you must bear the shipping cost.

Apart from that, if you do not like the product in general, you may return and we will replace it, but you will 100% be responsible for the shipping fee from our end and your end.


Item returns may be done through the following methods:

Drop Off (for items that are eligible for replacement)

1. Repack your item(s) properly and include Return Form (if included) and seal it securely.


A) Via J&T

i. Fill up a J&T consignment note (you will have to get this at any J&T outlet, OR fill in the form via J&T app).

ii. E-mail us at shop.crystellia@gmail.com along with your order number (eg: #1010) and your returned item tracking number, and we will reply to your email with a form for you to fill in your bank account details so we can reimburse your shipping fee.


B) Via Headquarters

i. Drop off your parcel at our office postbox, our address is as follows:

Penang.


The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure it's packed securely and won't get damaged on their journey.

Your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our office.

If you are returning for a change on the grounds you do not like the product:
