DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
1. How is my order delivered?
- For spell jars, crystals, and physical items: Shipped to your address via a courier of your choice (though preferences may not always be possible due to time constraints or convenience).
- For orders without physical items: Delivered to your WhatsApp/email.
2. Delivery Timeframe [IMPORTANT]:
All orders, considering high demand and a substantial waitlist*:
- Enchanted items: 3-5 business days.
- Physical items: 3-5 business days.
- White magick/tarot readings: 10-15 business days.
- Dark magick: 4-6 business weeks.
This ensures fairness on a first-come, first-served basis and allows me to choose the optimal day for spellcasting or readings.
Please note, that "business" days/weeks exclude weekends and public holidays, which aren't counted in the delivery period.
*Exception: Orders with readily available items like crystals.
While I strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances or my chronic illnesses might occasionally extend the delivery beyond 15 business days [white magick/tarot readings] / 6 business weeks [dark magick]. I may need occasional days off to maintain the right energy for tarot and spellcasting.
NOTE:
Please refrain from asking when your order is going to be completed, as it not only bothers me but will not expedite the process. If you have not been contacted, it means your order is not done. I will contact you once your order is done, so you do not have to worry about following up. Please respect my time.
I DO NOT have an estimation of when an order is going to be completed. This is because I have a full-time job therefore the orders are being worked on based on the queue on the website, only on days that I am NOT working. Please stop asking "When can you complete my order?". This has been asked too many times even when I have told you to read the FAQ.
3. Can I make an urgent order?
Certainly, an urgent order option is available during checkout for selected products. However, please note that a surcharge applies to urgent orders. It's important to clarify that while these orders won't be completed on the same or next day, they will be prioritised on shorter business days. Keep in mind that weekends and public holidays are not included in these shorter timelines. As I maintain a full-time job with long hours, rushing orders is generally discouraged.
If, for any reason, I cannot meet the accelerated timeframe, the surcharge amount will be promptly refunded to your bank account.

SPELLCASTING
1. Understanding Spells:
A spell is a magickal practice integral to my craft, encompassing both white and dark magick. I collaborate with both non-demonic and demonic deities, with dark magick spells incurring higher costs. Prioritise a tarot consultation before proceeding with a spell to ensure it aligns with your needs.
I recommend booking a tarot consultation here. Please note that I (Ariela) typically take longer for readings, therefore, sometimes I do hand over tarot readings to my apprentices.
2. Spell Jar Clarification:
The spell jar, a witch bottle spelled alongside your requested spell, enhances the effectiveness of your spell. It cannot be purchased separately and comes with detailed care guidelines upon booking a spell.
3. New Moon and Full Moon Spells:
These are white magick rituals, with no dark magick moon spells offered currently due to time constraints. New Moon spells are cast monthly during the New Moon, and Full Moon spells during the Full Moon, providing heightened potency.
The cut-off for special spells (New Moon and Full Moon) is one week prior. For example, if the New Moon is on December 23rd, the last booking date is December 16th.
4. Distinguishing New Moon and Full Moon Spells:
New Moon Spell: Ideal for initiating positive intentions and new endeavours, recommended for themes like love, career, and growth.
Full Moon Spell: Geared towards releasing, banishing, or halting certain aspects. Suited for rituals like cord-cutting, banishing, protection and healing.
5. Face-to-Face Spellcasting:
Yes, face-to-face spellcasting is available. For more details, reach out to shop.crystellia@gmail.com. Please note that all face-to-face sessions incur an additional service charge of RM50 upon confirmation.
6. What are the differences between white and dark magick?

I invoke demonic entities for dark magick, which will take me more time and more effort. The higher price points are due to having to give offerings to these entities. These entities are known to deliver faster results compared to other entities. |

TAROT READING
1. Understanding Tarot Readings:
A tarot reading involves the use of tarot cards in cartomancy, where practitioners aim to gain insight into the past, present, or future. While some use tarot for fortune telling, I prefer utilising it for insightful purposes, not as a sole determinant.
2. Tarot Reading Process:
Currently, I exclusively offer online readings with future plans to incorporate face-to-face sessions. Readings are delivered in either voice recording or PDF format, based on your preference. Detailed information about my reading style is available in each post.
3. Multilingual Reading Availability:
Regrettably, I only speak English and Malay. While I do not conduct readings in Malay, all readings are presented in English. Please note that I may have a slight accent.

1. Deity Selection in Spellcasting:
In general, I can work with various deities, but I prefer to invoke those I have experience with. While I avoid invoking unfamiliar deities, I am well-versed in working with any demon from the Ars Goetia family.
2. Deity Roles in Spell Enhancement:
I engage ancient demonic deities and an Archangel to amplify my spellwork. My primary focus is currently on dedicating attention to my Patron demons.

1. Can I get a refund for my order?
Unfortunately, all purchases are final, and I do not provide refunds. Once payment is made, you are committed to the purchased service. However, in case of emergencies or if I cannot fulfil your order, a refund may be considered. Generally, refunds are not offered for completed transactions.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
As of September 2023, I am happy to say we have accepted Credit/Debit card payment methods AND GrabPayLater! We also accept bank transfers, DuitNow QR, TnG, GrabPay, and FPX.
