DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
1. How is my order delivered?
- For spell jars, crystals, and physical items: Shipped to your address via a courier of your choice (though preferences may not always be possible due to time constraints or convenience).
- For orders without physical items: Delivered to your WhatsApp/email.
2. Delivery Timeframe [IMPORTANT]:
All orders, considering high demand and a substantial waitlist*:
- Enchanted items: 3-5 business days.
- Physical items: 3-5 business days.
- White magick/tarot readings: 10-15 business days.
- Dark magick: 4-6 business weeks.
This ensures fairness on a first-come, first-served basis and allows me to choose the optimal day for spellcasting or readings.
Please note, that "business" days/weeks exclude weekends and public holidays, which aren't counted in the delivery period.
*Exception: Orders with readily available items like crystals.
I always aim to stick to the timelines, but sometimes unexpected stuff or my chronic illness might mean I need a little extra time, like beyond 15 business days for white magick/tarot readings or 6 business weeks for dark magick. I also take occasional days off to keep my energy right for tarot and spellcasting.
NOTE:
Please refrain from asking when your order is going to be completed, as it not only bothers me but will not expedite the process. If you have not been contacted, it means your order is not done. I will contact you once your order is done, so you do not have to worry about following up. Please respect my time.
I DO NOT have an estimation of when an order is going to be completed. This is because I have a full-time job therefore the orders are being worked on based on the queue on the website, only on days that I am NOT working. Please stop asking "When can you complete my order?". This has been asked too many times even when I have told you to read the FAQ.
3. Can I make an urgent order?
Need your order sooner? No problem! You can choose an urgent order option at checkout for certain products, but keep in mind there’s an extra charge. FYI, urgent orders won’t be done the same or the next day but will be moved up in priority within shorter business timelines (excluding weekends and public holidays). Since I work a full-time job with long hours, rushing orders is tough, so I try to avoid it when possible.
If I can’t meet the faster timeline for any reason, I’ll refund the urgent fee right away.

SPELLCASTING
1. Understanding Spells:
Spells are a big part of my magickal craft, whether it’s white or dark magick. I work with both non-demonic and demonic deities, but dark magick spells are more complex, so they cost a bit more. I always recommend starting with a tarot consultation to make sure the spell is the right fit for your needs.
I recommend booking a tarot consultation here. Please note that I (Ariela) typically take longer for readings, therefore, sometimes I do hand over tarot readings to my apprentices.
2. Spell Jar Clarification:
The spell jar, a witch bottle spelled alongside your requested spell, enhances the effectiveness of your spell. It cannot be purchased separately and comes with detailed care guidelines upon booking a spell.
3. New Moon and Full Moon Spells:
These are white magick rituals, with no dark magick moon spells offered currently due to time constraints. New Moon spells are cast monthly during the New Moon, and Full Moon spells during the Full Moon, providing heightened potency.
The cut-off for special spells (New Moon and Full Moon) is one week prior. For example, if the New Moon is on December 23rd, the last booking date is December 16th.
4. Distinguishing New Moon and Full Moon Spells:
New Moon Spell: Ideal for initiating positive intentions and new endeavours, recommended for themes like love, career, and growth.
Full Moon Spell: Geared towards releasing, banishing, or halting certain aspects. Suited for rituals like cord-cutting, banishing, protection and healing.
5. Face-to-Face Spellcasting:
Yes, face-to-face spellcasting is available. For more details, reach out to shop.crystellia@gmail.com. Please note that all face-to-face sessions incur an additional service charge of RM50 upon confirmation.
6. What are the differences between white and dark magick?

I invoke demonic entities for dark magick, which will take me more time and more effort. The higher price points are due to having to give offerings to these entities. These entities are known to deliver faster results compared to other entities. |

TAROT READING
1. Understanding Tarot Readings:
A tarot reading involves the use of tarot cards in cartomancy, where practitioners aim to gain insight into the past, present, or future. While some use tarot for fortune telling, I prefer utilising it for insightful purposes, not as a sole determinant.
2. Tarot Reading Process:
Right now, I only offer online readings, but I’m planning to include face-to-face sessions in the future. You can choose to get your reading as either a voice recording or a PDF; whatever works for you. For details about how I approach my readings, check out the info in each post.
3. Multilingual Reading Availability:
I speak English and Malay, but I only do readings in English. Just so you know, I might have a slight accent, but hopefully, that’s not a big deal :)

DEITIES
1. Deity Selection in Spellcasting:
I can work with a range of deities, but I prefer sticking to ones I’m familiar with. I avoid calling on unfamiliar deities, but I’m comfortable working with any demon from the Ars Goetia.
2. Deity Roles in Spell Enhancement:
I work closely with ancient demonic deities and an Archangel to strengthen my spellwork. Right now, most of my focus is on building a deeper connection with my Patron demons.

1. Can I get a refund for my order?
Unfortunately, all purchases are final, and I do not provide refunds. Once payment is made, you are committed to the purchased service. However, in case of emergencies or if I cannot fulfil your order, a refund may be considered. Generally, refunds are not offered for completed transactions.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
As of September 2023, I am happy to say we have accepted Credit/Debit card payment methods AND GrabPayLater! We also accept bank transfers, DuitNow QR, TnG, GrabPay, and FPX.
